This is a 'how to make a form survey' ~ something ANYONE may need to know how to do at some time. It is a 101 walkthrough of creating the form, adding questions, and then taking the survey a few times so you can learn how to properly access and use the data you collect. Then, we'll add on by enhancing the questions with images and even adding a 'video'. Then, we'll add on by adding a section break so the person goes to a set of questions (page) based on the response.
Objective: By the end of the workshop, participants will have a fully functioning survey and the ability to create Google forms to collect data / information. This can be a transferable skill to using forms in the classroom for quizzes, exit tickets & reflections. Instructions for using AutoCrat and YAMM will be included for those who are ready to advance to automating with form data. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
